Description

Role: Payment Research Analyst

Job Responsibilities/Job Functions:

Identify and analyze customer files and amounts past due.

Contact customers who have not met payment arrangements and receive telephone calls from these customers.

Make collection calls using an auto-dialer.

Diagnose problems propose solutions and negotiate payment arrangements in accordance with Rogers/Fido policies.

Update accounts provide confirmations and follow up as necessary in accordance with the law.

Collect overdue balances.

Meet established productivity objectives.

Job Qualifications:

High school diploma or higher.

Available to work on a flexible schedule: days evenings and week-ends.

English-French Bilingualism preferred.

Possess basic computer knowledge (Windows-based systems and internet navigation).

Possess superior multitasking abilities.

Demonstrate ability to positively influence others (propose options/solutions to customer).

Know how to deal with problem issues with a sense of urgency.

Are punctual and committed to work schedules.
