Mechanic C
Overview
We are seeking an entry level Maintenance Mechanic C for the Parco Ontario CA location.
Responsibilities
- Assist with maintenance and mechanical tasks under supervision
- Follow instructions precisely and work safely in a high-risk environment
- Use hand tools power tools and other mechanical equipment appropriately
- Support the team in troubleshooting and repairs of equipment and machinery
- Maintain a clean and safe work area
- Learn and comply with all plant safety protocols
- Additional duties as assigned
Requirements
- High school education or equivalent experience
- 10 years of industrial mechanical maintenance experience
- Must readwrite and speak english
- Have or be able to obtain a permit to operate a forklift
- Basic mechanical inclination orprevious hands-on experience with tools (personal or professional)
- Ability to follow detailedinstructions and work well as part of a team
- Willingness to accept flexible or rotating hours including weekends or off-shifts if needed
- Strong desire tolearn and grow within the maintenance field
- Pass a basicmechanical aptitude test(to be scheduled by HR)
Physical Requirements
- Ability to work in an area where temperature varies from 60 to 105F
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs
