Department Overview

Columbia Memorial Hospital (CMH) located on the beautiful Oregon coast in Astoria OR is a full service 25-bed critical access not-for-profit Planetree-Certified hospital where person-centered care is a priority. CMH has proudly served the healthcare needs of the community for over a century.

Combined the hospital and clinics employ over 600 employees which includes a diverse professional medical staff of more than 70 physicians and advance practice professionals including surgical non-surgical and primary care specialties.

Function/Duties of Position

We are seeking a Board Certified / Board Eligible Endocrinologist in Astoria Oregon at Columbia Memorial Hospital (CMH). This is a full-time position working with one Endocrinologist a diabetic educator and experienced clinic staff.

OHSU Clinical Associates are fully embedded physicians and advanced practice provider members of the OHSU Practice Plan (OPP) who deliver care at OHSU-affiliated settings and devote 100 percent of their time to patient care. Working in the Endocrinology Clinic the schedule will be 36 hours of patient care (8 hour clinic days) and up to 4 hours of administrative time each week.

Required Qualifications

This position requires:

  • Doctor of Medicine degree Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine degree or foreign equivalent
  • Oregon Medical License
  • Board Certification
  • Experience working in an interdisciplinary setting
