PEAR is seeking a highly motivated early-career Sales Development Representative to help drive our growth by identifying new opportunities building relationships and supporting outreach and sales strategy from the ground up. This role is best suited for someone with 12 years of experience in sales outreach or client engagement who is ready to hustle do research initiate contact and contribute to mission-driven work.
The Sales & Outreach Associate will report to PEARs Senior Manager of Client Relations and Communications. Youll collaborate closely with internal teams and help expand PEARs reach with new and returning clients including school districts youth-serving nonprofits and thought leaders in the education space.
