Overview
Seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Personal Lines Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join a dynamic and inclusive this role you will leverage your expertise in account management and proficiency in Applied Epic (AMS) to deliver exceptional service to clients. You will be instrumental in managing personal lines accounts ensuring client satisfaction and maintaining strong relationships.
Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for personal lines clients addressing inquiries requests and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide service support for standard personal lines accounts including renewals policy changes and billing questions.
- Utilize Applied Epic (AMS) to manage client accounts document interactions and ensure accurate policy information is maintained.
- Review and analyze client accounts to offer recommendations and identify opportunities for additional coverage or discounts.
- Facilitate the onboarding of new clients ensuring a seamless process from quote to policy issuance.
- Collaborate with the account management and sales teams to maintain strong client relationships and identify growth opportunities.
- Address client issues with a solutions-oriented approach ensuring their needs are met while adhering to company policies and procedures.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends carrier products and changes to ensure compliance and provide the best possible service to clients.
- Promote an inclusive and respectful environment in all client and team interactions.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Customer Service Representative or Account Manager specializing in standard personal lines insurance.
- Proficiency in Applied Epic (AMS) or similar agency management systems is required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with an ability to build rapport with a diverse group of clients and team members.
- High attention to detail and excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of personal lines insurance products terminology and processes.
- Ability to analyze client needs and provide appropriate recommendations or solutions.
- Self-motivated with a strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Holds an active P&C (Property and Casualty) insurance license.
