We are experiencing significant growth due to our exciting new partnership with Costco and an expanded local event marketing schedule.
Your Role- Brand Ambassador
As a Lead Generation Specialist your role will be to engage with Costco shoppers initiate conversations about their window and door replacement needs and help them take the next step by scheduling a free in-home consultation. Youll distribute marketing materials share valuable information and build relationshipsunderstanding that not every conversation will result in an immediate yes. Were looking for positive high-energy people who can handle the nos with grace and stay focused on creating new opportunities!
We offer both full-time and part-time schedules with a competitive pay rate and unlimited bonus potential based on your personal performance.

Brand AmbassadorBasic Requirements
- Reliable transportation and valid drivers license
- Willingness to travel up to 20 miles to Costco warehouses
- Must be willing to work local events and home shows
- Must be able to stand or sit for 8 hours daily
- Able to work a varying schedule (hours/warehouse locations)
- Weekend availability a must
Compensation & Benefits
- $19.00 per hour
- $35 per appointment
- Bonuses on issued appointments $$ paid every two weeks
- Weekly and monthly additional bonuses
- Up to $1000 referral bonuses
