Position: Occupational Therapist - Hand Therapist
Location:2940 E Banner Gateway Drive Suite 425 Gilbert AZ 85234
Incentives: Up to $20000 Bonus and $350/month Student Debt Benefit
Schedule:Monday-Friday
Compensation:Salaried starting at $74000 and up commensurate with experience PLUS Sign-on Bonus and Student Debt Benefit Program

Banner Physical Therapy seeking a full-time Hand Therapist-OTR for ouroutpatient orthopedic center located in Gilbert AZ. We can mentor an occupational therapist aspiring to be a certified hand therapist. We have a network of hand therapists and CHTs available for support. Responsibilities
- Responsible for the evaluation plan of care treatment re-evaluation discharge and appropriate communications of high quality hand therapy services to patients and customers.
- Develop treatment plans supervise assistants and aides contribute to case management and provide quality patient care.
- Maintain positive level of interaction with facilities and clients. Enhance and expand client relations with facilities and their staff.
- Stay current and up to date with Occupational Therapy research and employ Evidence Based Practice (RCB clinician expertise patient perception).
Qualifications
- Must be a graduate of an AOTA accredited school of Occupational Therapy and state OT License required
- Experience in the application of custom splinting pre and post-op orthopedics is required
- Cardio-Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification
- Valid drivers license
