Job Description
Nitterhouse Masonry Products LLC a producer of block brick pavers and retaining wall block is looking to immediately fill a Machine Operator role at its Chambersburg location.
Responsibilities:
- Operate manufacturing machines with basic computer skills
- Work on concrete production line pulling defective product and placing finished products on pallets
- Work with team members to complete daily production goals
- Perform periodic checks on equipment and solve problems as detected
- Ensure that equipment is in proper working order and report any suspected problems to supervisor
- Inspect product for any quality control issues
- Assist in the installation maintenance and repair of machinery as needed
- Observe and follow company safety rules and regulations
- Clean machine properly as necessary
- Maintain a clean working environment
