1. Responsibilities
- Lead and support cross-functional programs and initiatives using Agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban ensuring alignment with business objectives
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders from various departments to define project scope goals and deliverables utilizing tools like Jira for project tracking
- Assist in developing and maintaining project plans timelines and budgets using Agile techniques while tracking progress against key milestones
- Participate in release management processes coordinating with development and operations teams to ensure smooth and timely product releases
- Leading hotfix coordination and communication
- Acting as the point person for triage and priority assessment
- Tracking and reporting on release status
- Supporting local time-zone handoff and communication for 24-hour coverage
- Contribute to identifying and mitigating risks using risk management techniques and proactively addressing issues as needed to ensure successful project execution
- Contribute to fostering a culture of continuous improvement supporting process optimization and efficiency gains and assisting in leveraging AI for automation and collaboration
- Support in understanding the product development lifecycle and help in establishing best practices for the product team
- Assist in implementing quality assurance processes and procedures ensuring products meet defined standards and specifications
- Support in implementing and managing the OKR process across teams to ensure alignment with company objectives
- Other duties as assigned
2. Experience
- 4 years of experience in technical program management related roles or a combination of education and experience
- Exposure to release management and risk management concepts
3. Skills
- Demonstrated ability to contribute to Agile projects in a fast-paced environment
- Understanding of Agile methodologies and familiarity with tools like Jira Azure AI and Github
- Good communication collaboration and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in cross-functional teams and drive consensus across diverse stakeholders
4. Education Certifications Licenses
- Bachelors degree in a related field (preferred)
- Advanced degree (preferred)
5. Travel Requirements
