We are looking for an Analytics Specialist who will support customers by delivering data driven solutions that help identify opportunities for their facility management program role will work closely with the customer Analytics Development team and may be required to work with Product and Application engineering teams to assess customer needs and collaborate with required teams to deliver solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Facing (Remote)
Serve as an analytics consultant for the customer(s) translating their business objectives into actionable analysis strategies within the scope of ServiceChannels platform products.
Partner with Customer Success Managers to promote ongoing use of analytics for facilities program improvement and to support data governance enforcement
Conduct investigative analysis projects (benchmarking data mining etc) to identify areas of concerns and/or importance to customer
Develop ad hoc reports and BI Dashboards as requested
Manage customers analytic requests which include:
Facilitating customer discussions regarding business requirements
Documenting customer requirements and deliverables
Setting customer expectations related to delivery or completion of requests
Secure appropriate signoffs for Scopes of Work (as required)
Conduct regular project status meetings and send status updates
Present analysis findings and recommendations to customer
Act as the liaison between the customer and ServiceChannels data science and analytics team to explain and break down requirements
Technical skills
Must have strong experience in performing ad hoc analysis in Excel
Must have BI report and dashboard development background (Looker or Power BI experience is nice to have)
Must be capable of independently scoping managing and delivering multiple analytics projects simultaneously
Can troubleshoot data discrepancies between applications and BI
Must have good Data Storytelling skills and the ability to translate complex concepts into a digestible delivery
SQL development experience is preferred
Experience in analysis at a SaaS/Software company within Facilities Management and/or in a customer facing role is nice to have
