Job Description
- Partner with the F&I Director and General Managers to ensure effective execution and ongoing optimization of Dahl Finance procedures training compliance and financial performance within designated dealerships
- Shadow F&I Managers in real time provide live coaching review/analyze delivery videos and model successful menu presentations and closes. Provide flexible coaching tailored to store-specific weaknesses and create follow-up plans to track coaching effectiveness
- Assist in developing and maintaining a comprehensive F&I training curriculum including onboarding plans certification programs and continuous development modules
- Train and ensure proficiency with F&I technology platforms and tools including e-menu systems DMS e-contracting and compliance tools. Train on any updates integrations and best practices
- Maintain training documentation and SOPs; update based on regulatory changes and dealership needs
- Identify mentor and support the growth of high-potential finance professionals for leadership roles
- Provide monthly training impact reports to the F&I Director including KPI movement and performance trends
- Fill-in for F&I managers when coverage is needed due to illness vacation etc
- Organized and approachable personality
- Demonstrated ability to coach and influence others
- Strong public speaking and training delivery skill
- Ability to translate data into actionable coaching
- Proficiency in F&I tools and compliance systems
- Patience and emotional intelligence when coaching
- Adaptability and innovation in problem-solving
- Valid drivers license and clean driving record
