Job Description

Saint Agnes School in collaboration with Arlington Catholic High School is part of the Catholic School of Saint Agnes Parish (). We serve students from infancy through Grade 8 at our campus who then continue on at ACHS for Grades 9-12. STEM is an strategic part of our curriculum. We are seeking a candidate who is eager to grow and develop our STEM programs and initiatives. We are in search of someone whose strengths include content knowledge as well as pedagogy and student relationships and who is able to collaborate with the technology specialists at SAS/AC. Building partnerships with local companies is an important part of our program through parent expertise and local organizations is essential to this job includes overseeing and teaching STEM/technology classes for students in PreK-Grade 8. Chief responsibilities include:-Design and implement STEM Curriculum in Grades PreK-8 including research of new curriculum-Oversee STEM purchasing that aligns with curriculum-Provide STEM instruction to Grades PreK-8 including but not limited to: Digital citizenship navigating the internet safely basics of coding using Google G Suite to support academics engineering design and modeling robotics etc.-Assist faculty as needed with integration of STEM/technology in the classroom.
