Responsibilities
- Assign repair orders to technicians based on skill level and availability
- Monitor workflow and ensure timely completion of service jobs
- Communicate with Service Advisors and Technicians to maintain smooth operations
- Maintain accurate documentation for warranty and repair work
- Support a positive and productive shop environment
Qualifications
- Experience in automotive service dispatching or coordination preferred
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Basic computer proficiency (DMS experience a plus)
- Valid drivers license and clean driving record
