Job Description

Salary: $17.00 per hour

City Cruises is seeking a Ticket Booth Agent for our operation in Sacramento.

About You:

This person will be adaptable dynamic and embody City Experiences RESPECT Service System.

About the Opportunity:

The successful Ticket Booth Agent will greet guests as they arrive to City Experiences and help them check-in and find their correct boarding area. A friendly and positive personality is a must as well as a can-do attitude.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Be friendly motivated and a team player
  • Have an excellent customer service manner
  • Possess keen selling skills
  • Be able to handle cash transactions including collecting payments and issuing change
  • Be able to type
  • Be able to multitask
  • Be a team player
  • Available to work evenings weekends and holidays.
  • Additional job duties assigned

Requirements & Qualifications:

  • At least 1 year of customer service.
  • Previous experience working with reservations retail and telephone or customer service experience.
  • Have some cash handling experience.
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to effectively interact with the passengers Riders and fellow employees.
  • Ability to work in fast-paced quickly changing environment.
  • Will be required to be available for work weekends and on all major holidays.
