Qualifications
- Significant experience in problem resolution including determining root cause scope and scale of issues
- Experience in working in collaborative work teams
- Experience in working large projects/initiatives which have business risks and impact
- Significant experience leading system and user acceptance testing including test planning writing test cases and test execution
- Advanced skill identifying and analyzing business requirements and recommending solutions
- Significant experience in managing multiple priorities independently and/or in a team environment to achieve goals
- Experience in leading guiding and coaching professional staff
- Advanced research analytical and problem-solving skills
- Advanced time management skills and proactive solution delivery
- Advanced skill following interpreting and applying relevant data/instructions to guidelines procedures practices and regulations
- Skilled in interpreting and synthesizing large amounts of information
- Advanced verbal and written communication skills
- Advanced word processing and spreadsheet software skills
- Advanced database and presentation software skills
- Experience applying change management principles
- Experience with Azure Dev Ops
- Bachelors Degree in a related field or the equivalent combination of training education and experience
