Job Description
Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Quick Lane Technician to join our fast-paced service this role you will perform light maintenance and repairs on vehicles in a timely and efficient manner ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction. This position is ideal for individuals looking to grow their career in the automotive service industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform oil changes tire rotations and other basic maintenance services
Inspect and replace filters wiper blades batteries and other light service items
Conduct multi-point inspections and document findings
Ensure vehicles are kept clean and work areas are maintained
Communicate effectively with service advisors about vehicle condition and any recommended services
Follow all safety protocols and environmental regulations
Use diagnostic tools and basic vehicle service equipment properly
Maintain a clean and professional appearance at all times
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
Valid drivers license with a clean driving record
Basic automotive knowledge or previous technician experience preferred
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in various weather conditions
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality work
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
Willingness to learn and complete manufacturer training programs
