Restoration Tech - Des Moines

• Load and unload work vehicles with necessary equipment tools and supplies for each project.

• Maintain a clean and organized vehicle jobsite and work area.

• Set up staging areas and prepare rooms or spaces for construction or restoration work.

• Follow assigned work processes with accuracy and attention to detail.

• Adhere strictly to all safety protocols and risk management practices.

• Communicate effectively with the crew chief and team members to ensure efficient workflow.

• Complete end-of-day tasks including cleanup equipment breakdown and site organization.

• Help keep the warehouse office and grounds clean and organized.

• Learn and grow your knowledge of tools cleaning products safety procedures and job techniques.

• Perform other tasks as needed to support the team and meet project deadlines.

• Strong work ethic and a commitment to delivering quality work.

• Clear and professional communication skills.

• Prior experience in construction restoration or cleaning is preferred.

• High school diploma or GED required.

• IICRC certifications and Xactimate experience are a plus.

• 2 years of estimating or insurance adjusting experience preferred.

• Ability to regularly lift 50 lbs. and up to 100 lbs. with assistance.

• Physically capable of climbing ladders working at heights and entering confined spaces like crawlspaces or attics.

• Comfortable with tasks that include repetitive lifting pushing pulling and carrying.

• Willingness to work in environments with fumes noise dust heat and strong odors; respirator use may be required.

• Flexible availability including occasional nights weekends and on-call shifts.

• Professional appearance and a positive team-oriented attitude.

• Valid drivers license with a clean driving record.

• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
