PROCESS ENGINEER (INTERSHIP CONTRACT) - Incorporation in September
As a Process Engineer Intern you will be part of the Fragrance Capability Team. Your main focus:
- The activities of a Process Engineer Intern are very diverse depending on current needs and opportunities and might include:
- Study and improvement of a piece of equipment developing operating standards and ensuring the production team understands and follow them
- Execution of a project that will deliver savings to the operation
- Design and implementation of a specific process that has a positive impact to safety quality or performance of the production lines.

The team consists of 7 Process Engineers and 4 Process Engineers Interns and you will work closely together with several departments such as Production and Engineering. All your colleagues are experts of packing processes. Working in a team you will have the opportunity to learn from others innovate and try new ideas.

- Engineering degree. You are interested in technology and manufacturing and have a natural curiosity about how things work
- Leadership: you enjoy being the leader and can do so in an effective way. You have successfully led/organized activities in the past
- Analytical: you are able to understand complex concepts and solve problems applying logical thinking
- Communication: you are clear and concise and communicate in an ordered and to the point manner
- English: confident speaking and writing as you will need it daily.
