Ensures Achieva Support employees comply with regulatory licensing credentialing and accreditation standards. Oversees the Achieva Support Direct Support Professional Credentialing process. Develops implements and monitors the effectiveness of Achieva Supports training materials. Incorporates person-centered principles into all training modalities. Provides oversight to Achieva Support trainers. Reports to Achieva Supports Vice President of Quality and Compliance.
Supports the achievement of individuals personal outcomes
Manages and provides oversight to an internal Direct Support Professional (DSP) tiered credentialing program such as the National Alliance for Direct Support Professionals (NADSP) Certification that acknowledges direct support professionals for their exemplary work in supporting people with disabilities
Track specific core competencies and hours of completed accredited education
Monitor credentialing progress and identify areas of improvement for direct support professionals
Define credentialing outcomes that are measurable and provide information to leadership and stakeholders of program value return on investment (ROI) and participant experience. Develop a mechanism to track and report
In conjunction with Communications leverage the credentialing membership for the benefit of internal and external stakeholders; i.e. employees families disability industry community etc
Designs and develops competency-based training content for Achieva Support employees standardizing content where possible to meet Achieva Supports policy and procedural guidelines
Works in conjunction with program Vice Presidents and/or their designees to develop any specialized program training content
Reviews as applicable developed training content with Achieva Supports Training Committee Achieva Supports Executives/VPs and Achievas Human Resources department to ensure approval
Develops training outlines/curriculums that provides initial and annual training courses requirements for each targeted group of employees; i.e. managers/supervisors direct support etc
Supervises guides and trains department training specialists and program trainers to ensure consistent application of standardized and/or specialized training content through traditional (face to face) or modern (e-platforms simulated etc.) training methods
Monitors and evaluates trainer performance and takes action to improve or sustain performance as needed. Provides guidance direction and support for employees as needed
Works with Human Resources to ensure new hires receive all applicable Achieva Support training content
Tracks and ensures personnel meet all training requirements during their employment. Conducts ongoing and random record reviews to ensure compliance. Conducts orientation and training of employees as needed
In conjunction with Achieva Supports Vice Presidents addresses any training non-compliance
In conjunction with Achieva Supports Vice President of Quality and Compliance monitors the effectiveness of Achieva Supports training program and instructors ensuring employees adequately learn the desired lessons and skills complying with regulations and standards
Develops informational training newsletters to promote continuous employee learning and/or provide Achieva Support employees with training updates changes and/or additions
Acts as the liaison to visiting auditors from all outside program monitoring/audits from government regulatory branches; i.e. county/state/federal and outside funding/community partners. Ensures all personnel needed are available to auditors and that materials provided to auditors are accurate and complete
Responsible for reporting to the team on an ongoing basis all quality/compliance concerns
Researches and monitors best training practices to ensure employee competency training effectiveness and a person-centered approach. Continually analyzes training methods for effective ways to teach and/or meet budgetary guidelines

Qualifications
Equivalent of a bachelors degree; preferably organizational learning and training development and three plus years supervisory and/or organizing corporate training opportunities
Familiar with curriculum development learning management systems licensing and regulatory processes required
Ability to navigate online training platforms required. Experience in training content development software platforms preferred
Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Exceptional attention to detail organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities required
Demonstrated ability to work independently and within a collaborative team environment
Pennsylvania drivers license and properly insured vehicle required
Act 33/34 clearances FBI required
