Job Overview
Podar Education Network is seeking a qualified TGT Maths teacher for our Satara location. This mid-level full-time position requires a teaching professional with 4 to 6 years of experience. The ideal candidate will have expertise in teaching mathematics and experience within the CBSE curriculum. Qualifications and Skills
- TGT Maths experience with a strong understanding of teaching practices and strategies (Mandatory skill).
- A Bachelors degree in Education () or equivalent specializing in mathematics education (Mandatory skill).
- Proven teaching experience in CBSE schools demonstrating familiarity with the curriculum (Mandatory skill).
- Experience as a Maths Faculty capable of delivering engaging and effective mathematics lessons.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to facilitate effective learning environments and student interactions.
- Familiarity with educational technology and tools that enhance teaching and learning experiences.
- Ability to adapt teaching methods to cater to diverse student learning needs and styles.
- A collaborative mindset willing to engage with fellow teachers and staff for continuous improvement and development.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Plan prepare and deliver instructional activities that facilitate active learning experiences in mathematics.
- Develop schemes of work and lesson plans in line with the CBSE curriculum objectives.
- Establish and communicate clear objectives for all learning activities to students.
- Use varied teaching strategies to cater to different learning styles and encourage active participation.
- Assess and record students progress providing timely and constructive feedback to support learning goals.
- Create a positive and supportive classroom environment promoting mutual respect and collaboration.
- Engage in continuous professional development and participate in department meetings and training sessions.
- Collaborate with school leadership and staff to contribute to the broader educational goals of the institution.
