Overview
Ira Mazdais part of the fast-growing Group 1 Automotive a leader in automotive retail. We are looking to add a qualified Internet Sales/BDC Professionalto join our team!

Responsibilities:
- Receive inbound sales calls
- Contact present customers (phone email) to maintain and improve customer loyalty
- Develop pipeline of sales opportunity leads through networking cold calling and referrals
- Work with sales department to develop sales strategies and techniques
- Communicate industry news and trends to management and dealership employees
- Outstanding Customer Service
Qualifications:
- Auto dealership Internet Sales or Business Development Center (BDC) experience is a plus!
- Superior communication and customer service skills
- Solid working knowledge of the Internet
- Maintaining a positive can-do attitude
- High School Diploma or equivalent
