The Occupational Therapist instructs motivates and assists patients in learning and improving activities of daily living under the supervision of the Rehab Director.

Responsibilities

Provides treatment in accordance with established standards of practice.
Conduct screenings of guests newly admitted to the facility.
Coordinates treatment plan with guest family and other team members.
Implements and conducts treatment as outlined in the treatment plan.
Monitors guests response to intervent

Qualifications

Current OT license through the State Board of Occupational Therapy required.
A minimum of 2 years OT experience required.
Valid drivers license with proof of insurance in accordance with state requirements. 100% travel required.
