Job Description

RN Neuro PCU (Permanent Role)

Location: Grapevine TX 76051
Shift: 12 HR Nights 07:00 PM - 07:00 AM
Guaranteed Hours: (36 hours/week)
Compensation: Based on experience (Negotiable)

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct detailed patient assessments to determine immediate and long-term care needs
  • Develop implement and evaluate individualized care plans
  • Prioritize and adjust care plans as needed to meet patient outcomes
  • Provide compassionate care while maintaining professional boundaries
  • Collaborate with patients families and team members to ensure effective treatment plans
  • Educate patients and families on conditions medications and recovery steps
  • Accurately document patient care and education provided
  • Delegate tasks appropriately and provide follow-up to ensure continuity of care
  • Engage in problem-solving with healthcare team ensuring safety and effectiveness in care delivery
  • Support team success through collaboration mentorship and community engagement
Required Qualifications:
  • Graduate of an accredited nursing program
  • Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Texas
  • BLS certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days of hire)
  • Minimum of 2 years of RN experience
  • Minimum of 2 years of recent Neuro PCU experience
