Schedule: 8:00 am - 5:00 pm M - F

How youll contribute
The Therapist provides individual group and family psychotherapy to patients dealing with psychiatric and substance abuse challenges. Responsibilities include delivering evidence-based counseling actively participating in treatment planning and ensuring accurate timely documentation. The Therapist fosters effective communication with patients families referral sources and interdisciplinary team members to support coordinated care and treatment goals. This role also involves collaborating closely with physicians and utilization review staff regarding treatment progress and length of stay.

What were looking for
- Masters degree in social work or counseling or relevant state licensure required.
- Prior experience with psychiatric and chemical dependency patients.
- Current unencumbered (LCSW) clinical license per state of practice guidelines.
- CPR and Handle with Care certified within 30 days of be required to work flexible hours.
