You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailHF Sinclair is seeking a Manager Renewable Feedstock Supply in Dallas TX. You will manage feedstock supply and strategy for the Cheyenne Artesia and Parco Renewable diesel units as well as supply strategy and sales for the Artesia pretreatment unit. Utilize industry knowledge and skills to perform economic analysis short-term and strategic planning. Responsible for development of short- and long-term production plans for the Renewables business including pre-treatment units. Develops procedures and strategies for the discipline. Monitors and develops appropriate professional standards for quality assurance. Internally considered as a technical advisor.

A minimum of 8 years of related on-the-job experience required. Renewable fuels industry experience preferred.
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:
SAP experience.
A minimum of a Bachelors Degree in business or technical related field is required.
Advanced reading and writing skills. Ability to effectively communicate with strong verbal communication skills negotiation analytical problem solving and organizational skills; good interpersonal skills with a customer focus; proficient and demonstrated ability working with spreadsheets word processing electronic mail and database applications; advanced ability to identify discrepancies and determine alternative courses of action. Strong working knowledge of Microsoft products Excel and PowerPoint in particular. Intermediate ability to implement new systems and procedures and to evaluate their effectiveness; and effectively interpret plans and procedures. Ability to perform intermediate level mathematical calculations.
Direct supervision of employees.
Office based with travel required up to 10% by land and air with occasional visits into a refinery environment. Subject to varying road and weather conditions.
