Scheduled Weekly Hours:
40Emplify Health by Gundersen is seeking a Student Program Assistant to join our growing and thriving organization.
What is Available:
- 1.0 FTE (40 hours/week)
- Shift: Monday- Friday Days
- Starting pay of $19.86/hr more for experience
- Remote Eligible once appropriately trained - WI MN & IA ONLY
- Department: Medical Education
- Location: La Crosse WI (Clinic 3rd Floor)
**Candidate should be within a one-hour drive of La Crosse WI as this position will at times require in-person events such as training exams etc.**
What Youll Do:
- Coordinate and manage job shadow placements across the La Crosse and Onalaska campuses ensuring compliance with institutional policies and regulatory standards.
- Serve as the primary liaison for student housing logistics addressing concerns and coordinating with the Housing Department.
- Support Student Program Administrators with scheduling orientation and ensuring learner compliance throughout the educational process.
- Assist with faculty appointment processes by gathering documentation and maintaining timely communication.
- Handle general inquiries prepare meeting agendas and document detailed minutes to support smooth committee operations and communications.
What Youll Need
- Associate degree in a related field; interest in pursing a bachelors degree is a plus
- 1 2 years of related work experience
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills across all platforms
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook Word Excel); familiarity with Teams PowerPoint SharePoint OneDrive Forms and Planner is a plus (training available)
- Ability to multitask and switch between tasks efficiently
- Comfortable with learning and using new technologies
