Your Role

We at Innovaccer are looking for a Software Development Engineer-I (Full Stack) to build the most amazing product experience. Youll get to work with other engineers to build delightful feature experiences to understand and solve our customers pain points.

A Day in the Life

• Design develop and enhance features using modern programming languages like Python Java JavaScript or C# to deliver reliable and scalable software.
• Build and maintain robust backend systems using web development frameworks such as Spring boot Django Flask or similar technologies.
• Develop and optimize RESTful APIs and microservices to support seamless frontend integration and external system communication.
• Work with both relational and NoSQL databases (e.g. MsSql PostgreSQL MongoDB Redis) to implement data models schemas and query optimizations.
• Ensure code quality and maintainability by writing clean efficient and well-documented code aligned

What You Need

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
• 13 years of experience in full-stack development with a strong emphasis on backend technologies (Python Java or C#) and frontend frameworks such as or .
• Solid understanding of RESTful API design principles and experience in building and integrating APIs.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to debug and resolve complex issues.
• Good communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends technologies and frameworks in Full Stack development and contribute to technical discussions and decision-making processes.
