Job Description
We are seeking a Follow-Up Specialist to join our temporary staff. The ideal candidate will have strong customer service and data entry skills some experience in a medical office environment and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced repetitive work setting. Medicaid experience is a plus but not required.
Key Responsibilities:

Research claim and eligibility information across various insurance portals

Evaluate and correct insurance denials

Draft and send appeals to insurance companies for denied claims

Contact insurance companies by phone to determine claim status and reasons for denial
