Essential Role Requirements:
- Safely operating dozers to perform tasks such as grading levelling pushing earth or debris and excavating as required
- Proficient in forming stockpiles excavating ponds topsoil stripping grading Public Open Spaces (POS
- Confident to grade and level the ground surface to the specified elevations and slopes required for roadways building pads etc.
- Able to competently carry out daily pre-start plant safety inspections and maintenance checks and communicate service requirements in good time to the site management team
- Commitment to maintaining a safe working environment and strong communication skills
- Able to manage time effectively
Desirable:
- Any experience with or knowledge of GPS machine control would be advantageous
- Additional CPCS/NPORS* tickets and experienced in operating any of the following; Telehandlers Dumpers Rollers
- 5 Years experience
General Expectations:
- Reliable & punctual
- Able to work well with other trades and operatives on site and support the programme delivery on time.
- Right to work in the UK
Cards & Qualifications Required:
- CPCS/NPORS* Crawler Tractor/Dozer or Tractor/Dozer
- CSCS Affiliated NPORS - Dozer Operator
- Safety Critical Medical (Site Specific)
Additional/Desirable Cards & Qualifications:
- CPCS/NPORS* Excavator /- 10t Tracked
- CPCS Lifting Ops/NPORS* Excavator as Crane
- CPCS/NPORS* Forward Tipping Dumper
- CPCS/NPORS* Ride on Roller/Road Roller
- CPCS/NPORS* Telehandler
CPCS/NPORS* Attachments; Quick Hitch
