Job Summary
The Service Delivery Manager acts as a single point of contact for the customer sales operations and other internal AFL departments on DAS/RF projects. Prepares and submits customer-required status reports and project deliverables.
Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain customer relationships
- Monitor new project leads and notify appropriate business units
- Perform site walks
- Generate and submit Bids and Statements of Work
- Generate and submit sub-contractor scope of work
- Coordinate and assist with the design of DAS Projects
- Request invoices to be sent to customers per project milestones and/or P.O. terms
- Initiate venue access and required approvals (ex. badging security escorts keys safety requirements emergency contacts certifications etc.)
- Schedule and lead pre-construction meetings as needed
- Approve final BOM and supplemental BOMs before submission to Supply Chain
- Coordinate and assist with the Design Deployment and/or Procurement of project activities
- Assist with Project Closeouts
- Assist with project punch lists and customer acceptance
- Perform tasks as directed by the Area Manager and above
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures as defined in the employee handbook

Qualifications
- Associates degree in related field required or a minimum of three years equivalent experience in a similar technical management position
- Extensive relevant technical experience to include fundamental understanding of DAS and RF design and build. Familiarity with business concepts related to the use of information technologies and networking in all aspects of business and organizational operations for the achievement of business/operating objectives

- Knowledge of Telecommunications industry
- Exceptional written and verbal communications skills
- Current industry-related licenses and certifications preferred
Working Conditions
- Use of standard office equipment.
- General hours of Monday through Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm. But ability to provide support during and outside regular business hours is required.
- Travel required.
- Must be able to work in the United States.
