Responsibilities
Your Role:
As a IM Team Lead you will be responsible for directing and coordinating up to 20 employees on shift to include packers and reliefs as well as routinely perform safety audits quality checks and standard work throughout the shift.
You will have the opportunity to Make Great Things Happen!
- Perform weekly safety observations
- Coordinate quality rework during downtime and planned events
- Coordinate line assignments for packers and line technicians
- Coordinate material set-up and material returns for packaging change-over
- Coordinate and audit standard work during shift
- Assist in training all new packers
- Conduct SAP downtime coding daily
- Coordinate safety and quality monthly training meeting
- Assist on floor with production quality and standard work audits
- Coordinate change-over job packets with line technicians
Ultimately you will play a very important role on our manufacturing team and will coordinate safety and quality monthly training safety your number one priority by driving out safety initiatives.

Requirements
We need you to have:
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- 3 years of manufacturing or warehouse team lead experience.
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Advanced PC knowledge to include Microsoft office
- Experience in manufacturing systems such SAP or Oracle
- Experience in time keeping systems such as SAP ADP or Kronos
- Must have excellent written and oral communication skills to effectively communicate to all levels of the organization. Bilingual is a plus
