Buscamos un Supervisor de Construccin (Foreman) que sea un maestro de campo y un Profesional de Verdad .
En nuestra estructura este es un rol de Lder Tcnico: el experto que lidera los proyectos ms complejos con mnima supervisin garantizando la ejecucin con la mxima calidad y seguridad. Liderars con el ejemplo asegurars los resultados y sers el motor que impulsa a tu equipo a alcanzar la excelencia.
- Planificacin y Ejecucin: Planificar las tareas diarias de la brigada asegurando la mxima productividad y el cumplimiento de los planos.
- Liderazgo de Equipo: Dirigir motivar y energizar al equipo en campo fomentando un ambiente de colaboracin.
- Gestin de Seguridad: Ser el principal responsable de la seguridad del equipo dirigiendo las charlas de seguridad y garantizando el cumplimiento de las normas.
- Calidad y Precisin: Asegurar que todo el trabajo cumpla con los altos estndares de calidad de Nexo Tcnico.
- Comunicacin y Reporte: Ser el punto de contacto tcnico principal para el Coordinador o Gerente de Proyecto.
- Mentora: Ensear y mentorizar activamente a los miembros del equipo para fomentar su desarrollo.
- Experiencia Comprobable: Mnimo 5 aos de experiencia en construccin con experiencia demostrable en roles de supervisin.
- Conocimiento Tcnico Slido: Peritaje en reparaciones estructurales trabajos de refuerzo instalacin de pilotes y restauracin de estructuras.
- Liderazgo y Diligencia: Destrezas excepcionales de liderazgo y manejo de personal.
- Habilidades Tcnicas: Dominio en la lectura e interpretacin de planos y especificaciones tcnicas.
- Certificacin de Seguridad: Certificacin de OSHA (30 horas preferiblemente).
- Licencia de conducir vlida.
- Salario competitivo y bonos por desempeo.
- Plan mdico licencias por vacaciones y enfermedad entre otros segn Ley.
