Swim Co-Ordinator
East Kilbride FWC Fitness Permanent Part time
Up to 28205.24 pro rata dependent on experience
16 hours per week
As Britains largest Healthcare Charity were passionate about helping people find more ways to be fit and healthy. Now were looking for someone with a confident approachable manner and great communication skills to provide safe effective swimming lessons for our customers.
Full responsibility and accountability for Swim & Pool; programming within the centre covering the management governance and active selling of these products and services: Childrens Group Swimming Lessons (Swim School Preschool & Parent and child) Children 1:1s Adult Group and 1:1 swimming lessons.This will be achieved by innovating and supporting our evolving swim proposition thereby resulting in the delivery of budgeted revenuethrough these propositions.
The focus of this role is to;
- Grow overall Swim School attendance
- Deputise for the General Manager
- Ensure the Swim Team deliver Service as It should be to all of our members
- Also ensure swim team deliver the highest quality swim sessions
- Support other departments in understanding all areas of the swim programme
