Bibra Lake Nissan has an exciting opportunity for a Workshop Controller/Technician role to complete the team! You will be part of leading the workshop team creating a positive workplace environment be a part of coaching and mentoring workshop staff and apprentices as well as performing the occasional vehicle servicing and maintenance as a technician. The role will involve working alongside management to ensure KPIs and target are met while ensuring quality control and compliance. This position will involve working in a dual role of a Workshop Controller and Automotive Technician.
YOU:
- Strong Organisation Skills
- Disciplined and able to lead a workshop team.
- Good OHS understanding
- Highly Motivated
- Effective Interpersonal and Communication Skills
- A Current WA Drivers Licence (Manual)
- Enthusiasm and a desire to succeed
- Workshop leadership experience is essential
