Purpose:
TheDirector Strategy and Operations will play a critical role in operational leadership to ensure the successful execution of initiatives that enhance efficiency and drive scientific innovation of the Therapeutics Discovery individual will partner closely with the Senior Director of Strategy & Operations to understand scientific strategy and drive continuous improvements and change management. This individual will harmonize the business and operational processes between all teams and will lead the Strategy & Operations team to develop execute and deliver TDs short and long-term strategic objectives.
