As we expand our team were looking for motivated customer-focused Vehicle Sales Consultants to help drive our success.
Job Overview:
As a Vehicle Sales Consultant you will be responsible for assisting customers in selecting and purchasing vehicles that meet their needs and preferences. You will guide clients through the buying process ensure a positive experience and build lasting relationships to encourage repeat business.
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and identify their needs in selecting a vehicle.
- Provide detailed information on available vehicles including features benefits and pricing.
- Assist customers with test drives and answer any questions they may have.
- Negotiate pricing and trade-in values to close sales deals.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through follow-up calls and emails.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Process all sales paperwork accurately and in compliance with company policies.
- Stay informed about new inventory promotions and the latest industry trends.
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor.
- Provide excellent customer service to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in vehicle sales or a related sales field is not required.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build rapport and trust with customers.
- Self-driven motivated and target-oriented.
- A passion for vehicles and helping customers find the right solution.
- Valid drivers license and clean driving record.
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings as needed.
