_{Role Overview:}

We are seeking a skilled Bulk Labourer / Production Driver to join our this role you will be responsible for providing production lines with bulk in accordance with bulk pick sheets and locating bulk back into locations once cost of return is reviewed. You will be working in a fast-paced environment ensuring all production lines have enough materials on lines to achieve best output while following all Health and Safety procedures.

_{Key Tasks and Responsibilities:}

• Pick and locate bulk in accordance with bulk pick sheets issued by Production Supervisors.
• Work closely with Production and Mixing Departments to locate bulk in specific locations.
• Work closely with Production team to provide lines with required bulk in both Liquids and Assembly departments.
• Reviewing production bulk returns by weighing leftover bulk and feeding back to Cell Managers to review cost of the return and get decision from Production team if bulk needs to be returned or scrapped.
• Working closely with Production and Mixing department arranging bulk scrap and locating scrap in right location.
• Working closely with Quality team collecting required bulk samples for testing.
• Use forklift to move bulk and materials.
• Follow departmental and role specific SOPs and SSOWs
• Keeping the working environment clean by adopting Clean as You Go principles.
• Ensure H&S COSHH processes and procedures are always adhered to.
• Follow all GMP requirements.
• Ensure that any problems that may affect safety or quality are reported in timely manner to Health & Safety Manager and Department Manager.
• Promote good interpersonal relationships with other team members management and other departments to work effectively to ensure delivery of production targets.
• Suggest improvements within Bulk Storage Area.

Skills and Experience:

• PPT Licence
• Forklift license
• Understanding of manufacturing processes
• Excellent organisational skills
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
• Computer literate able to work with email and manufacturing systems
• Ability to work well with others.
• Attention to detail
