Salary Range:$130000 to $165000 Annually

Primary Responsibilities
- Manage coach and inspire a team of Software Engineers to grow them to their full potential.
- Collaborate with Product Management and User Experience teams to ensure priorities align across products and initiatives and that there is a clear technology roadmap to address product development and reduce technical debt.
- Ensure the development and test processes are in place to meet our product quality and availability goals.
- Participating in cross-functional coordination planning and reviews with leads from other engineering teams.
- Develop work effort scope estimates and efficient resource assignment to support multiple projects.
- Bring new and evolving best practices and tools into the team for continuous improvement.
- Attract and evaluate top software engineers who are passionate about creating value for customers.
- Participate in FMEA risk analysis and verification/validation of product design to ensure projects meet manufacturability quality and reliability goals.
Position Qualifications
- Applicants must be eligible to work in the United States of America
- Have a passion for great software and how it brings devices to life.
- A BS degree in computer science or an equivalent major.
- 5 years in Software Development or equivalent experience.
- On-site in-personin Fort Collins Colorado
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong desire to grow individuals and see cross-functional teams succeed.
- Process-oriented with a sense of urgency to see your team succeed.
- Ability to travel up to 10% of the time to meet with other engineering teams and customers.
Desired:
- Experience development of cellular-connected products.
- Experience in embedded software development on low-power architectures.
- Experience with opto-mechanical control.
Total Rewards:
Compensation:Compensation will be commensurate with the applicants education experience knowledge skills and abilities as well as alignment with market data and internal benchmarks.
- Salary Range:$130000 to $165000
- Additional Compensation:Participation in a Company-sponsored variable compensation plan.
