About The Opportunity
The primary purpose of this position is to guide clients through the lending process assess their needs and deliver tailored mortgage to senior management your responsibilities will include:
- Assess client finances and recommend tailored lending solutions
- Source and negotiate suitable mortgage and finance options
- Manage applications from submission through to settlement
- Support clients with paperwork and ensure full compliance
- Build strong relationships with clients lenders and partners
About You
The successful candidate will have:
- Experience in finance or lending OR recent completion of a Finance & Mortgage Broking Diploma
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Confidence using aggregator platforms and Microsoft Office
- Detail-oriented proactive and goal-driven mindset
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
- Multilingual skills (Mandarin highly regarded)
- Cert IV in Finance & Mortgage Broking and MFAA membership preferred (support available)
