Exciting Opportunity: Associate Director (Multifamily)
Location: St Louis MO
CORY is hiring an Associate Director who is passionate and driven about leading teams and driving operational performance ready to innovate and make a real impact every day.
About Our Client:
Our client is an innovative and rapidly growing third-party management firm with a reputable presence in the Midwest. They are looking to add highly qualified leaders to their team!
Your Responsibilities as a Leader:
Oversee performance for a portfolio of 20 assets (about 2K units) in the St. Louis MO market (Multifamily Class A luxury value add)
Provide new and innovative approaches to continuous improvement through property management operations which support improved efficiencies and performance.
Ensure alignment with local state and federal regulations.
Lead coach and develop a strong team of Regional Managers and communicate with essential stakeholders and ownership groups.
Develop and manage annual budgets for the assigned portfolio and oversee the attainment of budgeted goals.
Coordinate work activities and services from vendors consultants and other contractors as needed.
Detailed knowledge of property competition and other market conditions affecting leasing and operations.
The Skills & Experience You Possess:
A minimum of 5 years of experience managing and leading multisite teams on a regional level
Experience with luxury and value-add properties.
Experience with 3rd party management is required.
Strong leadership skills; passionate and committed to the development of staff.
Ability to travel within the assigned territory.
