Title:Mental Health Facility Administrator

Job Duties: Under the direction of the Director of Operations the Administrator directs and coordinates all aspects of the centers overall program including Program Services Nursing Services Administrative Department Human Resources Social Services Therapeutic Recreation and community relations. The Mental Health Facility Administrator ensures compliance with established policies and procedures of the overall program and timely completion of respective reporting requirements. The Mental Health Facility Administrator is also responsible for the maintenance of Quality Improvement activities to ensure compliance with current licensing and accrediting policies and addition the Mental Health Facility Administrator supports all disciplines in the development of a marketing strategy and efforts to network with existing potential referral sources.

Qualifications:

• A minimum of a bachelors degree in psychology social work RN or a field related to mental health.
• A minimum of five years in a clinical setting at least one of which must have been in a mental health setting and two or more years in a supervisory capacity.
• Regulatory experience and knowledge of CARF standards and crisis stabilization criteria.
• Experience in working with health care and mental health regulatory agencies.
