Job Description
Position Type:Onsite
Contract Length: 10 months possible extensions
Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled Software Engineer with strong expertise in Java/J2EE development and building secure scalable enterprise web applications. This role is responsible for designing developing and deploying SOA-based solutions integrating with identity and security frameworks and ensuring high-performance delivery across multiple environments.
Required Skills:
5 years of experience with Java/J2EE.
Experience in developing using VueJS WebSphere Application Server Hibernate Spring Oracle and NodeJS.
Duties:
Design develop and implement Java/J2EE enterprise applications and web services.
Build SOA web services utilizing OWSM security Oracle Identity Manager (LDAP) CEP and UDDI.
Develop SOAP and RESTful web services using JAX-RS and Spring Web Services.
Design and implement front-end interfaces using VueJS and NodeJS.
Create and manage applications on WebLogic Tomcat and WebSphere Application Server environments.
Develop and test components following technical specifications and enterprise architecture standards.
Participate in all phases of the SDLC including planning analysis design testing deployment and support.
Utilize XML technologies including JAXB XSLT XPath and XQuery for data transformation and integration.
Write efficient database queries using SQL and PL/SQL for Oracle databases; implement ORM with Hibernate and OpenJPA.
Apply SOA principles and patterns for building reusable scalable and high-availability solutions.
Perform system integration using BPEL orchestration and human tasks.
Conduct troubleshooting debugging and performance tuning of distributed systems.
Use version control and build tools such as GIT Ant and Maven.
Collaborate in Agile environments and participate in continuous integration and deployment activities.
Contribute to system delivery documentation including technical design and delivery specifications.
Lead and coordinate tasks within cross-functional development teams.
