Job Description
You will execute excellent rehearsal and weekend PM service at Sandals Church San Bernardino by leading and building the volunteer production team.
SOME KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Be an awesome Production Team leader.
- Train and equip new Production Team Members to build and grow a healthy self-sustaining team.
- Oversee all aspects of production for services including communication and updates on Planning Center running rehearsals sound checks and live services.
- Ensure each service is supported by production volunteers who have clear roles and expectations. (The goal is for you to NOT be on a position in the booth but lead the team in the booth.)
- Support the needs of the Worship Leader Band Pastor/Host and Production Team through great communication and collaboration.
- Set up operate and tear down production equipment for services.
- Maintain the desired sound and visual style of our worship experiences.

- Build train and empower a volunteer team in all production positions.

COMPENSATION INFORMATION:
- Pay Range: $20-$23 per hour.
- We will provide a pay rate that is within our compensation structure and that fits a candidates qualifications and experience for the job. A wage range posted is not a guarantee of a specific wage for a job offer.
