How Youll Contribute
- The Assistant Vice President Financial Operations is responsible for shaping the financial strategy and infrastructure of LifePoint Rehab Services. This includes developing and leading operational financial processes aligning them with strategic business objectives and ensuring fiscal discipline and scalability across physician services. Key responsibilities include:
- Leading the development and oversight of financial tools dashboards and metrics for performance monitoring
- Managing standard operating metrics aligned with key strategic priorities: quality service growth operational excellence and talent
- Collaborating with regional and senior leadership to guide long- and short-term operational planning and budgeting
- Overseeing capital and operating budget development variance analysis and recommending necessary adjustments
- Providing financial analysis physician compensation reconciliations statistical reporting and pro forma development
- Directing all financial data reporting and submission for Physician Services
- Leading physician contract review processes and ensuring compensation aligns with agreements
- Representing financial operations in monthly operating report (MOR) meetings ensuring timely and accurate package distribution
- Building and leading the financial operations team including hiring and resource planning
- Developing and standardizing physician compensation reporting and integrating enterprise data systems for automation and analysis
- Supporting enterprise-wide financial education training and compliance
- Collaborating cross-functionally to develop actionable financial insights and ensure alignment with strategic goals

What Were Looking For
- Education: Bachelors degree in Finance or related field
- Experience: Minimum of 10 years of progressive accounting/financial experience with at least 3 years in supervisory roles; healthcare or physician practice experience preferred
- Licenses: CPA preferred
