Job Description
Description of the role:
Tipton Motor Sales LLC is seeking a motivated BDC Sales Agent to join our team in Brownsville TX. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills sales experience and a passion for customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls texts and emails to prospective customers
- Set appointments and generate business for the dealership
- Respond to inbound sales inquiries via phone email text and chat
- Follow up with leads to convert them into customers
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions work load and personal metrics
Requirements:
- Prior experience in Sales or Customer Service
- Excellent communication skills
- Outgoing and a can-do attitude!
- Fast learner
- Ability to multitask and prioritize work load
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Basic computer skills and Microsoft Office
- Fluid in English and Spanish is a must
- Team player
- FULL TIME (no part time available)
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday from 9:00 to 18:00
