What Youll Be Doing

  • Hunt and Close New Business:Drive outbound efforts through cold calling networking referrals and digital prospecting.
  • Own the Full Sales Cycle:From first touch to signed contract youre the driver.
  • Sell Smart:Present complex IT solutions (MSP cybersecurity cloud networking) in a way that makes sense to clients.
  • Build Relationships Not Just Pipelines:Focus on trust transparency and long-term partnerships.
  • Collaborate Like a Pro:Team up with engineers and onboarding specialists to ensure a seamless client experience.
  • Stay Sharp:Stay up to date on industry trends and keep refining your pitch with expert support.


What You Bring to the Table

  • Proven experience crushing it in B2B sales especially with SMBs (20300 users)
  • Prior success in the MSP or IT services space
  • Strong consultative selling and objection-handling skills
  • Tech-savvy with excellent written and verbal communication
  • Self-motivated competitive and coachable
  • Collaborative mindset team wins > solo heroics

  • Teams Interview with Sales Leadership
  • On-site Final Interview with CEO VP of Sales and Senior Engineer
