Key Responsibilities
- Assist in preparing basic follow-up reports for customers (daily/weekly).
- Help monitor the status of shipments and update relevant stakeholders.
- Assist with checking documentation accuracy and completeness.
- Learn and support customer service processes by helping answer customer inquiries.
- Follow up on ongoing shipments and help resolve basic operational issues under guidance.
Who We Are Looking For
- University student or recent graduate preferably in logistics international trade or a related field. ( I do not know the rules n EG so f t can be also graduate ts ok for me )
- Willingness to learn and a proactive supportive mindset.
- Good communication skills in English (written and verbal).
- Good attention to detail and eagerness to work in a dynamic team environment.
- Familiarity with MS Office (Excel Outlook Word).
