Were looking for a motivated and detail-oriented **Estimator** to join our growing handyman team. Are you a people person with a knack for numbers and a technical mind If so this is the perfect opportunity for you!
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Meet with clients at their homes to assess their handyman project needs.
* Accurately measure and estimate the scope time and materials required for jobs.
* Provide clear and compelling quotes that close sales.
* Communicate effectively with clients answering their questions and ensuring a positive customer experience from start to finish.
* Collaborate with our operations team to ensure smooth project handoffs.
* Maintain a high level of professionalism and technical knowledge.
**What Youll Need:**
* **Sales experience** with a proven ability to close deals.
* **Technical knowledge** of residential construction repairs and home maintenance.
* **Excellent customer service skills** and a friendly approachable demeanor.
* **Reliable transportation** (your own car) is a must for traveling to client sites.
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
* Proficiency with basic technology (e.g. email scheduling apps mobile tools).
