Job Description
Responsible for performing a variety of technical support duties in one or more manufacturing areas which may involve working with and assisting engineers. Duties may be related to the selection installation maintenance repair and support of manufacturing equipment; technical support of one or more production/fabrication processes product testing and troubleshooting; and/or technical analyses and problem-solving. Carries out and/or assists in the development improvement and optimization of standards processes and procedures in the manufacturing environment which may include cycle-time yield unit cost quality safety and compliance. May assist in qualifying sources of raw materials chemicals and other ingredients used in the manufacturing process. May use layout plans blueprints operating or repair manuals and rough sketches or drawings to set up calibrate and troubleshoot equipment and perform maintenance and repairs. Works with engineers to develop execute and track the testing and problem resolution of new and existing components parts products or processes/systems. Compiles and maintains applicable documentation. May design and/or build tools.
Job Level Description
Gaining deeper understanding of technical knowledge in area of responsibility.

Receives general instructions on routine work detailed instructions for new/more complex assignments.
Assignments are moderately complex and require planning and decision-making.
Makes recommendations for process improvements or deviations.
Chooses appropriate tasks sequence and methods to complete work.
Coordinates information and activities within team as needed.
May coordinate work with third parties vendors or customers.
May deliver training or presentations within group as needed.
Working knowledge of UPLC HPLC Plate Reader UV-Vis Spec and other is a plus.
Performs data analysis to ensure product is meeting specification.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suites: Excel Word and Powerpoint.
Qualifications
May require some higher education or specialized training/certification or equivalent combination of education and experience.
3 years of relevant experience for entry to this level.

This job has a full time weekly schedule. Applications for this job will be accepted until at least August 13 2025 or until the job is no longer posted.The full-time equivalent pay range for this position is $26.78 - $41.84/hr plus eligibility for bonus stock and benefits. Our pay ranges are determined by role level and location. Within the range individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors including job-related skills experience and relevant education or training.
