Job Description
Job Title: Dispatch & Scheduling Specialist
Duration: 6 months (Contract) W2Location: Wilsonville OR (Hybrid: TuesThurs Onsite)
Hours: 7:00 AM 3:30 PM (MonFri)
Key Skills: Outlook Excel QuickBase Maximo OMS (Outage Management System) Scheduling Software Resource Ordering Crew Routing Utility Design Drawings Computer Proficiency Team Collaboration Analytical Thinking
Nice to Have: Previous familiarity with utility design documentation is highly preferred.
Job Responsibilities:
- Proven experience in direct scheduling using technology tools
- Comfortable with computer systems and full-shift screen-based work
- Skilled in fast-paced scheduling crew routing and resource coordination
- Manage contract tree-crews prioritize job requests and monitor performance
- Interpret utility design drawings and ensure correct work order tracking
- Support forecasting reporting and recommend process improvements
